What time should I arrive?

The doors will open at 12:00 pm and the event will begin promptly at 1:00 pm. We encourage you to arrive as close to 12:00 pm as possible. This will allow you to choose a seat, lunch and network with some of your peers prior to the seminar beginning. 
 

WHERE CAN I PARK FOR THE EVENT?

COMPLIMETARY PARKING WILL BE AVAILABLE TO ALL IEEPS ATTENDEES. Please mention the event name to the parking attendant to obtain your complimentary ticket. Electric Car Charging Station available. Garage height clearance 7 feet
 

HOW MANY CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS WILL I EARN FOR ATTENDING?

Generally speaking CEU credits vary by topic and length of discussion from the presenter, and also based on requirements from the accrediting agency. Typically full participation will earn between 2-4 hours of credit depending on your discipline.
 

CAN I SEND A SUBSTITUTE IF I CANNOT ATTEND?

Yes, you most certainly can. We understand schedules can't always be predictable and you or your company/firm are paying in good faith to attend so we will allow a substitute to take advantage of your RSVP as long as we are notified at least 3 days prior to the event. Unfortunately, if you are unable to make it and do not send a substitute we cannot refund your event fee. This is due to substantial cost related to food/beverage and conference material supplies that were paid for in anticipation of you attending the event. Thank you for understanding.
 

DO YOU OFFER GROUP DISCOUNTS?

Yes, we offer a 5% discount for groups of 4 or more. All tickets must be purchased at the same time. Register your attendees and add to basket when all are registered. The discount will be added at checkout.

IS ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE FOR THE SPONSOR / AD ARTWORK?

All specification for art work submission can be found HERE. Because all staff is volunteering personal time, we do not have a dedicated art department. That being said, the person(s) handling all advertising and logo submission will do their best to assist you as much as possible, though they cannot help with actual creation of the ads or artwork. We take pride in the materials for the event and we want you to look your best. The event administration will explain as simply as possible the specific files they need and how they can be generated.
